Idealism and relativism are two philosophical perspectives that have been debated for centuries. While both offer unique insights into the nature of reality and knowledge, they also have distinct differences that set them apart.
The discrepancies between idealism and relativism in predicting environmental judgement and self-reported environmental behaviours suggest that moral philosophy could potentially influence the formation of the “attitude-behaviour” gap and calls for further research to explore these issues.
