The muscles of hypothenar eminence are from medial to lateral: Opponens digiti minimi. Flexor digiti minimi brevis. Abductor digiti minimi.

All four muscles form the hypothenar eminence, which is found on the medial side of the palm. However, only the abductor digiti minimi, flexor digiti minimi, and opponens digiti minimi muscles are found in the hypothenar compartment of the hand.
