27 mar 2020 · I have had a HP Pavillion All -in-One Desktop for the past 3 years. It has a wireless keyboard and mouse which have worked fine over this time. About 2 weeks ago they stopped working. The Pavillion also has a touch screen so I have been able to unlock the screen and to login but once that is done the on-screen keyboard refuses to popup again.

20 maj 2024 · I am having connecting my wireless bluetooth keyboard and it is not even 6 months old. When I click on find bluetooth device, it doesn't even show up at all. The keyboard is on and is charged and yet it cannot locate it. This is not the first time this has happened but every time I reset it and forget this device, I always have a problem.
