20 mar 2024 · I'm on latest version of HP Support Assistant and Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5036212). No additional updates necessary according to Windows 11 and HP Support Assistant. I'm not experiencing any problems using my laptop.

25 paź 2020 · After doing so, HP Support Assistant worked without a problem. I rechecked the box and rebooted as I was unsure whether it was safe to leave the box unchecked. However, after i re-enabled this option, HP Support Assistant continued to work without a problem. I’m not sure how or why but doing this seems to have fixed the issue!
