20 mar 2023 · There are a few versions out there, so we may have to experiment. The first thing to do is to uninstall whatever version of the HPSA that is installed now and not working. Then restart the PC. Here is a link to a HPSA version 8 release. The one I gave you was an older version 7 release.

26 maj 2023 · Either manually remove the old icon / shortcut from the Desktop. OR. Open Windows Explorer. Open / Navigate to your user account. Open the Desktop Folder. Right-Click on the shortcut and remove / delete the old shortcut. Next, Download and install the latest version of HP Image Assistant.

13 sie 2024 · For 2 days now, I've been seeing an "envelope" over my HP Support Assistant icon on my taskbar. When I investigate it, there's nothing I can see to get rid of it. I don't want to get rid of HP Support Assistant, just the envelope that is over it. any suggestions are welcomed. Thank you
20 mar 2024 · I'm on latest version of HP Support Assistant and Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5036212). No additional updates necessary according to Windows 11 and HP Support Assistant. I'm not experiencing any problems using my laptop.
