26 kwi 2024 · Now it remains stuck on the right side, the printer keeps trying to move it a few times and then shows a "Scanner Failure" error. I opened the top glass panel to see if anything is stuck but there does not seem to be any issue.

12 gru 2016 · We have an HP Officejet 7310. The error message "Scanner Failure Turn Power Off then On" appears on the screen. Unplugging the device & plugging it back in doesn't clear the message. The device used to print, even though this message was always displayed, but it has decided not to print any longer.
