4 kwi 2018 · If you are referring to Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 7, you can turn off the pop up blocker by following these steps: Open Internet Explorer, select the gear icon on the upper-right corner of the Internet Explorer window, and select Internet Options. While there, remove all the "trial" anti virus, office, image viewers etc. and get real software instead.
