18 sie 2024 · You can easily link an alternate email address to your main Gmail account by going into your "Accounts and Import" settings on desktop or a mobile device. You could also login with another Gmail account for quick swapping between inboxes.
Add a new email account. Select Start , enter Mail, and choose the app from the results. If this is the first time you've opened the Mail app, you’ll see a Welcome page. Select Add account to get started. If you've used the Mail app before, at the bottom of the left navigation pane, select Settings , and then choose Manage Accounts.
Open Outlook and select File > Add Account. If you haven't launched Outlook before, you'll see a welcome screen. Enter your email address and select Connect. If your screen looks different, enter your name, email address, and password, and select Next. If prompted, enter your password and select OK. Select Finish.
