An official USA Hockey roster for U10, U12, U14 and U16/U18 teams, signed and stamped by your District Registrar or online link, must be submitted to the Middlesex Yankee Conference Girls League by September 15 of the current season.

CAYH offers girls only teams annually at the U10, U12, U14 and U16/18 age levels. All young women are invited to attend a practice or an open skate sessions to see if girls hockey could be fit! The team schedule mirrors the co-ed one with 2-3 practices a week and 1 game per week.
Teams are enrolled in the Middlesex Yankee Conference Girl's Hockey League and and will play a 25-game schedule. 12U Girls program will consist of one 50-minute shared-ice practice per week. Practice schedules are subject to change based on ice availability.
