4 gru 2016 · That is the day I ran the first 100 rounds of 115gr FMJ through my prestige new Burnt Bronze G19 Gen 4 at the local range. This is the same cheap American Eagle that has worked perfectly at the range in all my 9mm Glocks for years. Several problems arose quickly.
With all the features come problems that early adopters of the Glock Gen 4 had to put up with, three of the most common problems being directly related to the change in frame and grip dimensions. One of them is the Gen 4’s heavier trigger pull.
21 sty 2016 · Several people put down the Gen4's and I know that they had some early problems - but I own & shoot two gen 4's - a 34 & the 19 - both are extremely reliable & accurate for me. The 34 has several thousand rounds through it (competition) and still going strong.
I have read a ton of threads about Gen 4 issues, but haven't seen many new ones from 2014 talk about this. My questions are: 1. Have they ironed out all the issues on the Gen 4s? (Any first-hand accounts of recently-purchased new Gen 4s with weak ejection/reliability issues?) 2.
17 sty 2011 · I went shooting my Gen 4 model 19 again today. Have put about 1000 or so rounds through it in the last 5 months. Interesting thing today though was the fact that, for the first time, I had failures to fire.
22 kwi 2011 · I am thinking of getting a G 19 but remember reading about spring issues with the first gen 4s that hit the market. Can someone please post a short summary about it. Is it still a problem or is the g19 good to go now?
19 maj 2013 · Back in January, I posted about a problem I had with a new G19 Gen 4. After only 200 rounds, the slide lock spring broke and the slide lock fell out of the frame of the gun sending the entire slide to the deck. I called Glock and they very quickly sent me replacement parts.
