28 wrz 2009 · I bought a set of older 38.5x15x15 Gumbo Monster Mudders by Gateway tire. I read that Gateway sold the licensing and such to another company. Does anybody still produce these tires?

14 paź 2008 · Gateway was the tire company that made the Gumbo and the Buckshot mudder, but they were bought out years ago. Maxxis makes the Buckshot Mudder still, but I haven't seen anyone produce the Gumbo. Many of these low quality tires have been pushed out of their market by the more popular Interco, Maxxis, Pitbull and BFG tires.
24 maj 2013 · I ran the 38.5 tires for a few years. Very hard rubber and did chunk in the rocks. When I had 12 psi in the tires, with 3/4 tread on a 10" rim, they measured 36.0" tall.

7 kwi 2009 · I know the tires were made by Gateway. Just 2 months ago I needed to replace them & couldn't find them anywhere, so I went with some 33" Swamper LTB's. The Gumbo's are awesome tires, best tires I ever had!! I still have the ones I took off 2 months ago, but they aren't in good shape at all.
