16 mar 2023 · I would give Gate 1 an excellent rating because of the superior service I received on my recent trip to Thailand. I love that they take care of every detail - all I need to do is relax and enjoy my trip. My tour guide Kit was everything you would want in a guide - funny, informative, thoughtful.
5 lis 2024 · When I tried to give a rating to the Gate One website, I found that it was not possible. I contacted them by private message regarding my complaints. My comments to Gate One were dismissed with the rationale that we should have known from the itinerary that those activities were not included.
I have done one trip with gate 1 and one trip with another company. I liked gate 1, I think any complaints I had were negatives of group tours in general vs anything specific to gate 1. I was in my 30s and worried about the ages of the people on the tour.
