I used Heath Sync to allow Google fit receive data from my Garmin connect. It seems to work but I noticed that steps reported by Google fit, after having synchronised, are systematically higher than what reported on Connect. As an example, now Connect says almost 9.000 steps (7.1 km), while Google fit reports almost 13.660 (9.6 km).
18 sty 2024 · Some of the files are very large (up to 4 MB from some longer road bike sessions) but it also fails for tiny files below 100KB. Other formats that came along with the Strava takeout, including FIT and GPX files, upload just fine to my Garmin Connect web. When I open the files with notepad.exe they show the expected XML structture.

So pretty user friendly then. I'd like to add a set of workouts to a plan and be able to add that plan to the calendar as needed.
4 mar 2024 · You can connect the sensors of your indoor bike directly to your Garmin device (or to the Tacx app), regardless which app you use for the virtual ride. The HR, cadence, speed, and power is all what Garmin needs to record your rides, and to calculate all relevant metrics. No need to connect it with My Whoosh.

wilscot, this will work for you - [solved] Unzip the file then import into Garmin Connect using the import data page. Repaired using Fit File Repair Tool. There are lots of other tools. Which means to me that you'd prefere to see the battery status on the web app rather than on the phone app. I may not understand English properly, but "rather than" sounds to me like "instead of", hence the confusion.
I understand it is only possible to upload activities on Garmin Connect. I have several friends who have a Garmin Forerunner and we've been using Garmin Training Center for years to create and share or training plans through download/upload functions. This should be a feature available on Garmin Connect.
