Shooting fullauto at the gun ranges in Poland is unregulated. Every range decides individually if they allow you to shoot fullauto or not. Similar situation with black powder weapons where one range will allow it and other won't (for different reasons).

So it is technically possible to own a full auto Glock if one of those come up for sale and you have the big bucks to buy one. I would guess they'd probably go for at least $50k at auction. Other than that, no you can't legally make one today as a non licensed individual.
