These visual style downloads only contain the files used to change your windows XP desktop themes, nothing else. They only contain the .msstyles and .theme files. No sign-up or registration is needed to download these free skins.
Download the official Windows XP Themes (pCloud) It has: Royale, Royale Noir, Zune and Embedded. Open the desired folder > double click in the .msstyles file > apply or right click in a empty area of desktop > Properties > Themes tab and select the theme in the dropdown menu.
