If you have an ameritrade account you can get free level 2 quotes with thinkorswim. If you want a decent feed it will cost you $40-50/month. ToS is a bit slow IMO. I prefer a dedicated feed from Speedtrader Pro, Centerpoint, or IB via DAS trader or Sterling.
