Themes for the PSP are located on the memory card in /PSP/THEME/ folder. PTF themes work on official and custom firmware while CTF themes only work on custom firmware with the CXMB plugin. Themes listed work on 6.60 and 6.61. To set up CXMB see this page.

I finally finished this theme after working on it for almost a week. I learned in the process how to make a custom cold boot, game boot, custom font, and how to use PTF/CTF themes and convert them. Hell, I even learned how to convert 6.60 themes to 6.61.
God of War Theme - Retro PSP Collection. I always dreamed of making themes, and wanted a god of war theme of my own. With some guides I was finally able to create it. Looks nice. Would go great with a GoW-themed PSP hardware. I think they released those in limited numbers back in the day.
