For you guys in a frat or alumni of a frat, how was your frat experience and best things about it? For context, Im an upcoming sophomore at ASU thinking of rushing a social frat next year. I want to know what was your experience like as a frat member. What were some things you liked and disliked about it?
So, are frats essential to college life? I’m just trying to focus on academics and getting into a healthy weight, but joining a frat seems like it will take up a lot of time and I’m not sure if I have the energy. Pretty introverted and insecure so would the effort be even worth it?
16 lis 2009 · If you can balance school and fraternity life, I say go ahead and do it but realize that if you overparty, your going to have a low paying job with a lot of college friends. I just stick to going to open frat parties and mingle with people to make new friends. Also go through the rush process.

12 lip 2015 · My advice is to go to frat parties if you want, but don’t forget that most schools also have house parties, bars, and other venues to drink (as well as places where you can have fun sober). Explore, have fun, but always remember to go with friends and use common sense.
