4 maj 2018 · Consumer Reports says the Focus is an unreliable car, but I'm not sure how applicable their ratings are to the RS versus all Focus models. For context, I come from 25 years of Honda and Toyota reliability and longevity. My parents used to have a Ford Fairmont, Pinto, and Tempo...all were total crap Thanks!!

3 gru 2020 · My Ford dealer, who have done excellent work on my early 2016 RS over the years, replaced my original battery with an OEM replacement during some other service work on 1/23/2019 at 55k miles. From what I've seen they did not reset the BMS, probably not knowing it even had BMS, which I wasn't aware of either.
2 kwi 2020 · It's buggy and super laggy. I deal with these all day everyday as I sell Ford's so I generally have more experience than most dealing with the interfaces of all Ford's, not just my RS and every 2020 vehicle I've shown and driven it lags. Some lag less than others but my system in the RS hasn't had lag once.

Cars that were made by the thousands become collectible because, everybody wanted one and couldn’t have one at that time, or they want to relive the experience of having one.
