31 maj 2023 · Seems pointless. FedEx is the only shipping company I ever have these problems with. I received and ship 100s of packages yearly with ups and never have issues with packages under a master tracking number getting separated. Only FedEx. It’s just dumb in my opinion to even give the option if they aren’t going to keep the packages together.

Somehow, their system generated a label with a tracking number that doesn’t exist anywhere in their system.
