Sexual Offenders and Predators Search. Welcome!! The information you are about to view has been reported directly to FDLE by the Florida Department of Corrections, the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, law enforcement officials, and sexual offenders and predators themselves.
Sex Offender Search. Search for sex offenders in your area and sign up for email alerts. Ohio law requires sex offenders to register their home address, work address, and vehicle information with their local sheriff's office.
FDLE makes Florida sexual offender and predator information available to law enforcement and other states by providing access to registrants’ hot file status records and by submitting information to the National Sex Offender Registry.
This tool allows you to check if an email address or Internet identifier belongs to a registered sexual offender or predator. You must enter the entire email address or Internet identifier. IMPORTANT NOTES: This search will not provide you the names of sexual offenders or predators.
FDLE is authorized to post sexual offenders/predators via the public website. The FDLE website lists sexual offender/predator flyers which include a photo, designation, status, a physical description of the offender/predator, crime information, and a registered address.
Offenders can be classified as sexual predators in one of the following ways: 1. The offender is convicted of a sexually violent offense with a sexually violent predator specification, or 2. The sentencing court, after holding a sexual predator hearing pursuant to O.R.C. 2950.09, determines that the offender is a sexual predator.
