I couldn't play on my new account because everytime I tried to connect cs go to my faceit it says that I have already registered to that game. So I went on my old account and it says the same thing.

9 lut 2024 · This value representing the REAL CS2 trust factor, and not a number Faceit calculates based on playtime, banned friends etc, would really suprise me because I have never done anything that should lower my trust factor. I am not very good and don't play ranked a lot, but I also don't cheat, rage quit, or insult, so why is my trust factor THAT low?

The same thing just happened to me. I was always full green trust factor, but after this post I just checked on faceit finder and it's red. I then checked in game, also red. I haven't played MM in months, only casual. It is possible I got reported a few times because I am way better than most casual players but still. Something isn't right.
