Before you process “no show charge” function, please confirm you have valid flight information and ticket number in your booking reference, If there’s no more active segment in the booking record, please contact the travel agent you purchased from or the nearest EVA ticketing office for paying no-show fee.
Our EVA online system provides booking, buying, ticketing, booking inquiries, refund applications, and refund inquiry services. To make any changes in the flights you have booked, you will need to contact our ticketing offices.
Here you can purchase one-way or return tickets for EVA Air’s flights and UNI Air’s international flights. The following types of flight can be booked here: Pure EVA Air flights ; Flights with both EVA Air and UNI Air sectors ; Pure UNI Air flights; Reservations can be made from 3-7 hours (depends on routes) to 360 days before departure.
Booking Reference/Ticket Number/EMD Number * Enter your booking reference (6 letters and/or numbers) or ticket/EMD number (13 digits).
Online check-in service availability: Eligible flights include international flights operated by EVA Air and UNI Air. Codeshare flights operated by other airlines and charter flights are currently not eligible. Online check-in is only available to ticketed passengers with confirmed bookings.
Online Booking：You can easily plan and book your trip via EVA Air website and mobile APP. Seat Selection：You can pre-select your seat with EVA from purchasing the ticket to 12 hours before departure.
