23 gru 2017 · Errorcode -5 means your login info was wrong. Try going to help/refresh login and make sure you can login :) If you cant, reset your password from the help page.
9 gru 2017 · To fix this problem, you must unlink your account from Geometry Dash and log in using your new username. This might mean that you will lose some stars and coins. After logging back in, check if your stars and data is relatively close to what it previously was (it shouldn't change much) and then try to save your account.
Error Code: -5. Someone please help me. I have been playing for 2 years now and I changed my name from GDHexi to Chinex Hexi. But now, on PC i'm GDHexi and on iPad i'm Chinex Hexi. I can only save on iPad (maybe because it's my most recent name) and I can't save on PC.
