the [E]nd of YoRHa is the fifth and final obtainable main ending in NieR:Automata. To obtain this ending, after completing both Ending C and Ending D, respond "Yes" to Pod 153 's question. The game's credits will then turn into a shmup -style minigame similar to 9S 's hacking.

Accept the option that says you wanted them to live. You'll then play through a bullet storm mini game. Make it to the end and beat it to unlock the ending. PS.
