7 maj 2021 · Lousy customer service. My first mistake was ordering directly from their website. Thought I was buying a lovely yellow tunic, what I received was a hideous muddy "yellow". Also, at the time of purchase I had seen the refund policy on the listing and believed it was eligible for returns.

I haven't ordered from Emery Rose, but I did order from Shein. Is a hit or miss to be honest, doubt I'll order from them again. They claim free returns- I tried to return item, they emailed me back and told me to keep it, and I will get a refund.
