13 mar 2012 · The El Rayo is a perfect cross between a low wind Imperial and a 50's wind P90. In my RS guitarworks telecaster it's the perfect match with the tele bridge pu. In a LP it will sound different of course ( still love the Imperials for a LP)but to me it sounds like a low wind Imperial with a little more mids but still very open sounding.
This is the F-spaced version of our El Rayo Humbucker pickup. With a relatively flat frequency response, percussive dynamics like a single-coil, the El Rayo has excellent note clarity for a humbucker.

These pickups are the best in my opinion. I have a set in another guitar. I bought these for a project that I never finished. Lead lengths can be determined by the pictures.
