It's not the shopping that's the main attraction, it's what's nearby! If you are near Dulles 28 Centre or Town Center and you have tweens or teens who are into fast cars, they probably would have a much better time checking out the Ferraris, Lambos and Beemers at nearby exotic car dealers.
