You could look at amn.biyg.org for some old Dragonball MUDs like Dragon Ball Star and DBZ World. Note most of the ones hosted at amn.biyg.org have no active imms. You could keep an eye on Dragon Ball New Universe, as there is a new version of the MUD in development.
In my opinion, Dragonball Uprising is the best post-dbs clone. It's not on this list, but it is actively being worked on and is open for testing. It can be found on the mud connector website.
