Hey, for anyone getting certificate errors access this or any other military sites from home is because you don't have the DOD Root certificates downloaded/trusted. You should look for a program called InstallRoot. It's available on the DISA public website "public.cyber.mil".

It also says right on the homepage " DPS is experiencing intermittent outages that may prevent access or limit functions. The program is aware of the issue and actively troubleshooting. This notice will be removed once the issue is resolved."
