When you receive your reward notification email or letter, simply go to the reward center to review and claim your reward. To start, you’ll need to enter either your claim number (found on your reward notification email or letter) OR the billing account number that goes with your new reward-eligible service.
Log in with: Card. Username. Token. Log in to access your card details, check your balance and view spend history. A Your security code (CVV) is the three-digit number located on the back of your card to the right of the signature box. Continue.
To track the reward status. Go to the DIRECTV Reward Center. Select Access your rewards. Enter your Claim number or Account number. Select Access your rewards. Heads up: Rewards must be claimed by the expiration date. For more info, see DIRECTV Reward Center FAQs.
Check reward status online. Within six weeks of activating and maintaining your service, you will receive notification via email or letter with instructions on how to redeem your reward. You can track the status of your reward any time. Go to the DIRECTV Reward Center. Select Access your rewards.
