Según yo no, porque es grave y termina con vocal, pero la he visto con acento en muchos lados. Incluso buscando en google me da muchos resultados con "Díme". Se acentúa o no?

I don't really think there's any difference in meaning based on the amount of money mentioned--and all of the variations sound old-fashioned to me nowadays.
