4 sie 2022 · UPDATE: quick update. after waiting a day I got an email about a new DHL tracking number which I wasn't expecting. I called DHL and they said there was some kind of scanning mistake and that the new tracking number is a new label for the same package. luckily it was delivered that day. so happy ending here Alright so this is somewhat complicated.

For those who are curious just call the number, wait until after the Spanish part and then say "speak to a representative" while the voice goes over the various options. I es sent a notification that my package would arrive on the 8th but it arrived on the 5th. My item was shipped from Guangzhou to Ontario on 11/08, with an estimated delivery date of 11/18.

5 lut 2021 · I notice sometimes I get a shipping notification straightaway ( for various sites) but it just means it's entered into the system or its with another carrier (like China Post). It'll just depend who's got it right now and when they update the system. I would give it a couple of days before worrying.
