30 cze 2022 · DHL’s customer service is notorious for being unhelpful, clueless, and often downright rude. In many cases, it may seem like a customer disservice instead! Imagine your package has been delayed or is being held- or even, in the worst-case scenario, your package was lost.
For me, DHL used to be shit (seeing the guy drive by my house, stop there for 5 min., drive off again, and receive an email that he delivered my package 4 blocks away..), but the new DHL guy is doing a great job.
DHL's existence is extremely puzzling to me. The ONLY reason is to provide substandard service to penny pinching E-biz tapeworms who put the customer last in order to shave pennies EVERY time. I swear its like opening an ice cream shop and only selling the individual ingredients that can be used to make Ice cream. 1.
DHL SUCKS IN EVERY COUNTRY. The right address was given to Poland DHL, they then copied the address incorrectly before sending it overseas. The package is now lost. Thank you for the incompetency DHL, you guys f%^ing suck. Date of experience: June 27, 2023
Nie zamówie paczki przez DHL - paczka zagubiona. Nie polecam zamawiania przesyłek z DHL na Vinted paczka, którą zamawiałam (wysłana z Wałbrzycha) najprawdopodobniej zaginęła gdzieś, ciągle jest w statusie doręczania. Termin jest nie normalny na doręczanie paczki ponad przez 2 tyg.

DHL to jakaś porażka, kurier nie podjeżdża na adres z etykiety, tylko zasypuje PACZKAMI punkty POP. Zamawiam na adres, czekam za paczką a on sobie awizuje przesyłkę i zostawia gdzie popadnie w okolicy.
