15 wrz 2019 · I ordered the DGT Centaur chess computer a month ago and finally received it last night. I have played about 10 games so far and here is my brief review. To start with I REALLY like playing on it. The pieces have a nice feel and I have experienced no glitches except it didn’t seem to recognize enpassant when it came up in one of my games.

11 lis 2016 · I have tested the DGT Pi and it works exactly as you described. For me it is not worth €269 however. Something like €100 would be more appropriate. The feature set is rather simple. For instance, you can let it analyze the position while your playing both white and black.

17 maj 2020 · Get a cheap $10 SDCard for it and download the software for free. Certabo works as a direct connection to Android, Windows and OS X. The manufacturer can handle all the needed changes to the firmware or driver as these operating systems evolve over time. Certabo works with Chess for Android which is free.
3 sty 2018 · In my opinion the better option is the DGT board (also without the Raspberry Pi). You can connect it with any pc with a compatible chess GUI interface software (there are a lot: Arena, Fritz, Lucas, etc.) and play against a lot of engines. Also the DGT is better built. True, it has no leds but you can hear moves from the pc speakers.
5 lut 2023 · My $700usd official World Chess weighted FIDE DGT pieces come loose in 2 plastic bags in the cardboard box. There were broken collars and dings straight out of the box. Reason enough to purchase from a trusted vendor with customer service for follow-up. FYI: Those bottom color dot stickers are barely stuck on.
27 paź 2017 · I bought new clock DGT 2010 (FIDE) and havery no idea how to set it up , how embarrassing, sorry. Im interested in few particular options thx. 1. Can I make my own program set up saved? If yes I need 8 minutes plus 2 seconds increment. 2. Can I make another set up saved? 3mins no increment or do I have to do it manually everytime? 3.
19 cze 2022 · I was trying to use the eOne with Android and had the same constant dropping issues you experienced with the DGT. When I'm ready to pull the trigger again I'll be looking closely at the Chessnut. I bought the DGT tournament board like 5 years ago for ~$1100. And it was amazing what a crappy, rinky-dink product it was.
