Official quests are all the quests from kRO and/or iRO that were replicated (usually by eAthena) and merged into our private servers. Therefore, they contain official requirements and rewards to quests given in the official servers. The great variety of quests includes job, item or services quests.
Go to the Interstellar Forger, warp to comodo (333 222) and click the Interstellar Portal (black portal) to enter. Talk to the Forger and he will make the a Blue Lightsaber. Return to Yoda and he will turn you into a Padawan.

Treasure Hunter Quests aka Token Quests are quests you can make to obtain stuffs like castle drops, zeny, weapons, or MVP Cards. These quests are mainly used in Force as another means to obtain castle drops which are used to create the Godly Items (link) or are sold for zeny.
