I've seen some girl skins out there and some cool warden/prisoner skins out there, but I don't even know how to make it so people have these skins yet alone CERTAIN people themselves. If there is a guide out there or anyone who knows how to do this please PM me or post here.

Finally, After configuring the skins folder, Launch CS-1.6 start the server & Open console & type 'amx_plugins' to check the running plugin. Server-Owner [Flags - "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu"] .

I am trying to change the skins for anyw weapon so that it reflects on the players within the server. I am aware of plugins and such but am trying to avoid that. (If that is the easiest and most efficient way please let me know)
