1 kwi 2019 · We can decrypt EDAT files, but they're just licenses for the avatar. The avatar images are stored on Sony's servers. It is possible to have a custom avatar that only shows on your PS3 though.
as far as i know, you can create custom themes, but you can't create custom avatars. Never tried making a custom theme, though. i use ps3-themes.com its a little NSFW on some themes, but good selection other wise.
