COVID-19 vaccines for kids 6 months to 4 years old will be available mid-September. Schedule an appointment at most Kaiser Permanente facilities. Walk-ins are available at most locations.

Patients ages 12 and older: You can schedule a vaccine appointment through your MyUCSDChart account. Log into your MyUCSDChart account, go to “Visits” and select “Schedule an Appointment.” Then, choose “COVID-19 Vaccination” and follow the prompts to pick a primary care location.
