12 gru 2022 · If my understanding is correct, we're afraid that there's no out of box way to convert .HEIC files to .jpg automatically currently. We'd recommend you convert the file format manually before upload and change the default format on iPhone to be JPEG (Settings App > Camera > Format > Most Compatible Setting) as a workaround.
31 sie 2019 · And exactly how OneDrive processes HEIC files. Contacted OneDrive Support. They responded that there is no automatic conversion of HEIC’s to JPG’s. There is a Setting in iOS OneDrive for Camera Upload that determines. if the Camera Roll should be jpg or heic.
I am receiving heic formated pictures from a cell phone. I need to convert them to the jpg format. One time under "save as" it offered a drop down of 25-30 formats including jpg. It is not offered that option since. Is there a good way to make the conversion?

21 lis 2019 · After I did more researches about HEICH convert to Jepg. I found that OneDrive for iOS is supported .heic format in the latest application version 11.8.7. It will preserve the original images quality for the users on iOS 11 or above when using an iPhone 7 or newer. This should be the reason why the conversion of Jpg is not available now.
