Massive Bathhouse with Hotel. For the unfamiliar -- While also a hotel, Flex is a gay bathhouse --- Men Only! At 50,000 square feet, I would guess this is the largest bathhouse in North America -- perhaps the world. A former Greyhound office and bus terminal, the facility has been restored with a similar aesthetic.
The Schvitz Social Club, established in 1927, is one of the last remaining old-world European Bathhouses & Social Clubs in the country. Reservations are required, with available days and times varying. The Club typically opens around 2pm, but Special Event Sundays, featuring Co-Ed or Ladies-Only Days and Gameday Parties, begin around noon.
