The host/owner of the room can login to their webex portal (companyname.webex.com) and in the upper right corner, click on their name then select "My Reports" and the "Usage Reports." Set the date range needed and all meetings they held will be displayed.

Solved: I am using a paid plan. When I try to create a meeting, I get the message "Your account does not include organizer privileges for this service."

12 mar 2020 · I have a Jabra Pro headset. When joining a WebEx meeting, I can hear the audio, but the microphone is not working. When taking calls on my phone it works fine. I've checked all the setting I can find, but can't figure out where the problem is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can duplicate this by starting a WebEx meeting, turn on closed captioning and wile viewing the closed captions, click on the 3 dots in the right of the CC panel and then choose "View Captions" as shown below: You will then see the full closed captioning ...

I'm not aware of a way to have it fully exit when you leave a meeting but you can exit the app by clicking the cog wheel top right of the app of right clicking it in the system tray.

Open the Participants panel and locate the attendee that you want to make a Cohost. Right-click the attendee's name and then select Change Role > Make Cohost.

A new window opens that shows two options. User Reports and Meeting Recording Report. You select which report and enter a date range or meeting name and search.
