  1. 26 lis 2015 · Wondering if any of you guys use this call for specks, I've got one cannot get a murmur/scratch out of it to save myself. No matter how little air I use its either no sound or a cluck. I've used the RNT Specklebelly as well but I believe it's another similar gut call.

  2. 5 lut 2011 · One of the guys I hunt with uses the Chien Caille by Mervis Saltzman. I don't remember any Specs this season that didn't repond so I bought one a few weeks ago. Not a good call for a beginner but in the right hands an awesome call.

  3. 21 lut 2012 · The fellow with the broadest, most realistic speck repertoire I've heard to date is running a Chien Caille (same guts and internal dimensions as the old PS Olt predator call and, I'm guessing, RNT and who knows how many others) with a reed cut from a DR-85 duck call's top reed.

  4. 8 lip 2008 · The Primos shaved reed speck call is my "go to" call. It puts out plain speck talk (nothing fancy) and just works best for me. It's a little tricky learning how to use your fingertip to get it to break right but once you get it down it produces results.

  5. 5 sty 2009 · The Chien Caille are extremely hard blowing calls IMO. You have to exert a lot of air to get them to cut right.....That creates errors for me. Me and a buddy were speck hunting a few years back and we did well.

  6. 16 sty 2010 · I've used Chien Caille, poly RNT's, Haydel's, and finally a RedBone. I liked the poly RNT's (Quackhead) the best before switching to an acrylic. As far as easy blowing goes, they're all easy to just yodel with though some require a lot more air to run.

  7. 2 mar 2012 · He is Mr. Kendal Saltzman, from Gueydan ,LA and his father is the founder of chein caille calls. He was diagnosed with ALS last year and really needs the drugs that are still stuck in clinical trails.
