One thing is very clear 14-17 period NTN including Chennai and South Andhra will get very heavy rains. After 2014 a good onset spell for KTCC in october itself. MJO is in favorable phase 4 during this period for enhanced activity of Rainfall. Mostly IMD will announce onset of North east monsoon on 14th October.
