When I select the CDViewer I get a message:"the cached viewer directory is not intact. Please delete the directory C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\CDViewer_15.02.0000" and restart the viewer.

Jeff64d. Created on April 21, 2011. Trying to view medical records with CDVIEWER. It will not load on Windows 7 64bit. Need help. I am trying to look up some medical records using Windows 7 Home Premium 64. The records are on a CD that comes with CD VIEWER built in to view the documents. However it does not run on Windows 7.
22 mar 2018 · This will open Windows Explorer. Either way, double-click on the icon for your DVD/CD drive. This may start the viewing program. If not, it should show the files on the CD/DVD, like this (this DVD has CT scans rather than Xrays, but the idea should be the same): Look for an "Application" in the list of files.
