Cargo, or Cargo Ship, is a term used to describe pairing characters with objects and/or other non-human things which do not have intelligence of any kind. It was added as a trope to TV Tropes in 2010, and was later adopted on Shipping Wiki, Reddit, among other Fannish websites.
Cargo can refer to the following films: Cargo 2006, a thriller set aboard a cargo ship heading for Europe. Cargo 2009, a Swiss Science Fiction Film. Cargo (2013), the Australian Short Film in a Zombie Apocalypse. It received a feature length adaptation in 2017 which is also discussed on the page.
