Cao Nguyen is my go to place for Vietnamese food in San Jose. It's a family oriented restaurant with the usual Vietnmese fair of rice, noodles dishes along with a few specialty items. Their fish sauce (nuoc man canh ga) chicken wings are the best per my Mexican/Italian friend would say.
