27 sie 2020 · I've never worked with webp images, but if the Guide you linked to does not list that kind of image type, then my guess is that it is not supported. If you are able to convert it to a supported file type, that's the best option for you before you put it into Canvas. 1 Like.

28 sie 2019 · I just got a new macbook (the other one was on loan from a friend) and now suddenly can't download it. The reason I originally downloaded the app on my last computer was because the browser version wouldn't allow me to upload images into my weekly discussion posts - it was only when I downloaded the app that I was able to use Canvas without issue.
