My account got moved over to MyEquifax and I can't login or recover my account/password. Just got off the phone with a rep, they insisted it was because I had a VPN enabled (I don't have a bloody VPN) and all they could do was create a case # and escalate it to the support team.

6 sie 2024 · I'm having issues logging in to a few accounts, one of them being myequifax.com. Equifax shows me being logged in, but my screen says that the request cannot be completed at this time, so it's a problem with my browser. I'm using the FIOS internet (no VPN) and McAfee antivirus.
