Admission Requirements. To seek admission to The Florida Bar, a person must meet the eligibility qualifications summarized below and file the appropriate applications and fees. Educational Qualification.
Convert a Student Registration or CLI Registration to Pursue Admission to The Florida Bar. Student Registration should be converted at the beginning of the final year of law school. Early filing is recommended. Register for Certified Legal Internship (CLI) Clearance only.
Under rule 1-13 of the Rules of the Supreme Court Relating to Admissions to The Bar, the Florida Board of Bar Examiners is an administrative agency of the Supreme Court of Florida created by the court to implement the rules relating to bar admission.
22 lis 2023 · The Florida Board of Bar Examiners selected Mindy McNichols as chair and Timothy Danninger as vice chair effective November 1. McNichols of Miami served as vice chair of the board from November 1, 2022, to October 31, 2023, and Danninger of Jacksonville will serve as chair starting in 2024.
