You’ll catch them in the corners in an M3 but as soon as you hit a straight you’ll be right foot down with nothing more to give as the M5 pulls away.

30 kwi 2021 · There's an old adage about using "Italian tuning" to make sure a car runs right, but it isn't just for carbon deposits anymore, some cars are designed with the assumption they will be driven hard, and the E60 M5 is one of those cars. I've seen plenty of takes on the E60 M5, many I'm sure you have seen as well.
25 cze 2024 · The new M5 is 800 pounds heavier than a Hellcat. The new M5, a hybrid vehicle, weighs less more than a Tesla Model S Plaid with a 100 kwh battery. And I have so many questions. The same powertrain makes over 800 horsepower in the XM- if you knew it was gonna be this heavy, give it that extra horsepower so it's at least on par with the old model ...

The supercharger whine of the hellcat is intoxicating, and 40-80 highway pulls are addictive. can't say much about the m5, I've only driven an f10 and it was a rocket ship that felt about half as fast as it was going. you could very easily be doing 140 and not notice which I think is the point, comfortable autobahn cruiser.
25 cze 2024 · BMW isn't gonna have any problem selling this car, even at that weight, for the same reason they didn't have any problem selling the F90 M5 with only a torque converter auto. The target customer doesn't care that much about weight or having a manual (or dct). This will sell just fine.
